I fixed it with changed permission in the file "csf" in:
/usr/local/directadmin/plugins/csf/exec/csf
I changed with the software Winscp (loguin with root) the permission 755 to 4755 and now is working.

SOLVED IT!
I fixed it with changed permission in the file "csf" in:
