"Action" list not showing up in one server, under mailcontrol. When viewing an email, the bottom box that says "Actions", isn't showing up on one particular server. This is the box that includes "Report, learn, Report to SpamCop, etc." I must be missing something simple...

Sure would be nice if so many of your self-help pages were not "shut off" for your own holiday vacation. I can understand if you wnat some time off, but let us at least help ourselves.

"Learn as spam & report" is not reporting to spamcop, so where is it supposed to be reporting to?

If I click "Report to Spamcop" it works, but not the button addressed above.

Is it reporting elsewhere?

Is there a way I can enable the per account user_prefs ?
