I'm experiencing the same behaviour, on some servers there is no body text in email but not on all of my servers although running the same config (same os, same cpanel version same csf version).

Is it that simple?

Are you sure that /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/514/bin/perl is only used for the command pkgacct and not for other commands?

I have added exe:/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/pkgacct to the pignore file but I keep receiving warning, what did I do wrong?
