WHM Reseller account can see but not access CSF plugin
Hi, I have a reseller account with very limited access to WHM, however, I would like this account to be able to use the csf firewall. I believe I have "ConfigServer Security & Firewall (Reseller UI)" selected in Additional Software... Third Party Services. The reseller account can see ...

Re: LF_QUEUE_ALERT not alerting
I Have LF_QUEUE_INTERVAL = 300.
Is there anything in csf.pignore that would keep the alert from functioning?
exe:/usr/sbin/exim is included in the csf.pignore file that was installed.
Thanks!

LF_QUEUE_ALERT not alerting
Hi,
I want to set up this alert if the queue gets to 100. I was testing the alert and set it down to 40. Both cmq and "exim -bpc" tell me I have 44. What am I missing?
TIA!
Diane

Re: Mail Manage not showing email accounts
The account I was having a problem with only had the cPanel user/email account. I seemed to have gotten around this by creating an email account, then deleting it. The $homedir/etc/$domain directory and files now exist, and the cPanel email account is showing. Not sure how this got this way, but hop...

Re: Mail Manage not showing email accounts
I have another account with the same problem of not showing any email addresses in Mail Manage.
the $homedir/etc/ directory for this account is empty other than an ftpquota file.
Any idea how that might happen or how to fix?

Re:
cmm gets the account list from $homedir/etc/$domain/passwd where $homedir is the directory in /etc/passwd for the owning account found in /etc/userdomains, and $domain is the domain entered. Is there a problem with /etc/userdomains perhaps, or the login dir in /etc/passwd? Brilliant! I had a space ...

Re: Mail Manage not showing email accounts
I am having the same problem. Oddly, with the only account that I created on this server. All other accounts were transfers from another WHM, and they all show fine in Mail Manage. Any ideas on where to check? The /etc/userdomains and passwd file seem to look ok.
