I submitted a help desk ticket.

I changed the primary IP for this web server and now cxs hascxs is not licensed for this server failed with this error message:
cxs is not licensed for this server [66.230.xxx.xxx]

How do I update for the new IP?

I tried the listing exactly as above in /usr/mailscanner/etc/rules/spam.blacklist.rules.
It does not block these. Is there something else I have to do to or another setting in mailscanner to make it take affect?

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that but still the csf.deny file is not updated. The lfd.log updates and csf.blocklist. This is resulting in spammers not being blocked and now a severe spamming problem on the server.

I have heard nothing on this yet. Still no new entries to csf.deny since 9/6/2014. Normally, it has been updating every few minutes. Now all the spammers are no longer getting blocked and we are inundated with spam. How can we resolve this?

On Sept 6, csf.deny stopped updating. The only entries now in the file are the 15 manually entered lines. We have not changed any settings since the 6th. Just now updated to 7.15 but the csf.deny still is not changing. The lfd.log is updating ok. I restarted both lfd & csf but still not working....

It is not working correctly. It does save the hourly limits now but emails are still being sent, about 20 per minute.

That was hourly send limits to 1 not 0. However, I just upgraded to the latest version and it appears to work correctly now.

One of our accounts is being used by outside spammers to send out. There are no actual email addresses for the domain. When I change the hourly send limits to 0, it reverts to 5,000 after the save. WHM 11.40.
