Check if your IP is not blocked by cPHulk Brute Force Protection .
Also add your IP to the White List (Trusted IP List) there as well ..

I think the easiest way will be to add the full path of the script to the file
/etc/csf/csf.fignore

Have you tried re-installing csf ? Usually sorts out some errors for me .
