Today a coustomer reported that he can not receive e-mails that have attached files such as *.docx and *.xlsx
All other attachments such as .pdf and .doc is working just fine.

i installed your free version of MailScanner on two of our servers with cpanel.
First couple of days things seemed to work great, but after our clients started complaining that the emails are not being delivered in time, sometimes with 4 or 5 hours delay.
i sent an email from my personal mail (xxx mydomain com) to an gmail account and took one hour to deliver:
Saw this in my logs today and was wondering if anyone here has seen the same thing. Error in configuration file line 3057, directory /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/Locks for lockfiledir does not exist (or is not readable) : 1 Time(s)
Anyone know what permissions should be used to make this file readable? Any reason why the permissions would be changed from the original install which I haven't...
After the server got rebooted this morning mail stopped being delivered almost completely. There are over 2000 messages now in the Pending Queue. Any ideas on what to do to kickstart this again? Mailscanner is running according to WHM.
After noticing an increasing in spam reaching the cPanel server, a preliminary investigation has uncovered the fact that most messages that get through MailScanner are not getting scanned. Can anyone offer a suggestion why they might not get scanned? Please see the full header of a typical message that gets through below.

The server's /tmp directory got full today and we couldn't empty it for a long time. Tried to restart apache, mysql, pgsql services what didn't solve the issue.

I have noticed a increase in spam and have tracked part of it down to the SpamAssassin rule RCVD_IN_DNSWL_HI -5.00
I have my SA score set to 5 as max until it tag's email as spam and at 10 it will be deleted.
The above rule is/was changing the SA score so much it was causing legit
spam to be marked as ham not good to say the least.
It is the highest hit rule in the list!!

Hello guys, i started to receitve many spam since last two weeks, why this, nothing was change, i got some messages marked as spam, but i can´t lower the spam score because i already received many email that is not spam marked as spam.
