insert custom filenames in LF_DIRWATCH

Hello,

is there a way to insert custom filenames in LF_DIRWATCH ?
I have the following below and they`re gone by the time the notify email arrives.

/home/user/public_html/Admin/dse84abzw1abzw1abzw1abzw1abzw1abzw1abzw1abzw1abzw1ab (deleted)
/tmp/ZCUDF2ePoS (deleted)

There's no option to extend LF_DIRWATCH for additional directories. However, there is a provision to watch specific directories with LF_DIRWATCH_FILE and csf.dirwatch

I would like to watch for specific file name like:ZCUDF2ePoS

/tmp/ZCUDF2ePoS (deleted)
