Maybe it is an suggestion to add IPv6 to csf?

It maybe is a suggestion to block at least the same ports as the IPv4?

Or copy the IPv4 tables and removing every refrence to a IPv4 adress?

What can we simple do to protect our servers and not disable IPv6?

csf doesn't use ip6tables as yet. I've had a play with it and ip6tables seems far from stable at present.You should definitely disable ipv6 in the NIC configuration if you're not using it.
