i think i solve the problem adding the port 10000 to the allowed incomming tcp port list, is a good solution or should i change the port scanning tracking config?

I have an default installation of CSF (i didn't tweak any option). But i'm getting blacklist when i do this:

login via ssh
$service webmin start

and when i try to open the webmin via browser http://999.999.999.999:10000, i get a temporal ban, reason: port scanning.
