I have set rules in max.message.size.rules. I test send mail with message size bigger than max.message.size.rules. My test mail did not get reject or send, the status in delivery report only show in progress.
How to reject email that violate max.message.size.rules and return bouncing mail?

On my server I have blocked some file extensions and .gz was one of them.
Unfortunately a few companies that send DMARC reports uses .gz files and are blocked by MailScanner.
Is there a way to create a kind of filetype.whitelist.rules and add in there the external domains?

I think as a server administrator that we should have the possibility for more granularity on whitelists and blacklists.
Being limited to the only possibilities offered by the the actual FE is not sufficient.
Spamassasin offers this possibility I think to put more criteria in the blacklist and whitelist configuration files.
Overwrite them to a simplified version is not nice.

But in these cases I would like to be able to easily notify the recipient who mistakenly received this unmarked spam / phishing email.

As a server admin I would find it usefull if it was possible to interact with the MailScanner interface via an API, or via CLI commands, so some things could be scripted or integrated with existing custum user interfaces.

Would it be possible to have the From: (Header) added to the options of where to search in MailScanner FE? The number of messages that take forever to find because MSFE does not look at the From Header field is very frustrating.
i am trying to modify the Spam Blacklist limit in cPanel's MailScanner from 30 to 60.
I am modifying the Maximum entries per account in their blacklist from 30 to 60 in WHM » Plugins » ConfigServer MailScanner Front-End » Front-End Settings » End User Settings.
When i click the Save Settings button on the End User Settings page, the setting goes back and resets to 30.
I'm running MSFE on a VPS that doesn't have enough RAM to run CLAMav, and it keeps crashing as a result. I can see from the WHM that Mailscanner Front-End shows (in black) the blocked spam, however the user receives all blocked spam emails in their email account.

In the MSFE/Mailwatch days, there was an option in conf.php to view the quarantined messages in HTML format. Would it be possible to add a similar option in MSFE/MailControl, so we don't have to first download the message and then open it in an eml-aware email client to see the HTML version?
Is there a direct URL where a Cpanel user can log in to MailControl without having to go through all the Cpanel menus?
Do you have any plans to enable the Digest Emails per email address, where the email owner can log in to MailControl with their email credentials, so they would get restricted to viewing and managing their own emails only?
