In this article is explained how to do it
https://support.configserver.com/en/kno ... -extension
That's very useful to allow pdf.p7m that is very common (at least in Italy) for legal document digitally signed.
That works but it's still blocked if instead of being attached to the email is part of a zip archive.
What is the solution in such case?
Whitelisting a specific double extension
Re: Whitelisting a specific double extension
My hosting provider has bought a licence for the server (under my suggestion), but he can't manage to whitelist the pdf.p7m that are inside a zip.
The file where to put such rule should be
and the allow rule must be abover the deny rule... and it's that way because the deny rule is in line123 and the allow in line 38.
Service restarted and... nothing, mailscanner keep blocking the zip.
Can anyone help?

Hello,
What exactly is the reason for the file being blocked as reported by MailScanner in the MailControl report for this message? This should be shown in the "Infection" section of the MailControl report.
