Can you please add the following Blackberry server IP's to the permanent whitelist for future CSF releases.
I'm sure many hosts will have clients who wants to use their Blackberry phones for email, and it would make everyone's lives easier if it was automatically whitelisted in the next CSF release(s)
206.51.26.0/24 # Blackberry
193.109.81.0/24 # Blackberry
204.187.87.0/24 # Blackberry
206.53.144.0/20 # Blackberry
216.9.240.0/20 # Blackberry
67.223.64.0/19 # Blackberry
93.186.16.0/20 # Blackberry
68.171.224.0/19 # Blackberry
74.82.64.0/19 # Blackberry
173.247.32.0/19 # Blackberry
178.239.80.0/20 # Blackberry

I don't think this is necessary. For example, we do not, and do not need to, do this, since only a few customers are using their service. Adding it permanently will make some administrators mad too, since this will suppress all alerts related to these IP addresses.
Also, some admins may want to block them
If you do want to add them in all your servers, it can be done automatically by a simple shell script, if you have SSH access.

Fair enough. I'm sure those "some admins" won't mind if they loose business because of thise. The people who generally use Blackberry's for their email are the types of clients who pay for a service and don't give a damn about a host if the host don't want to support them
No offence, but by adding this block list (maybe even as a selecatble option?) you'll just make it easier for all hosts who have blackberry users. And while it's nice to stay in 1983 and not change according to the trends of the internet, it costs us money in lost business.

There about 2million Blackberry users on 1 of South African's ____ networks, and we currently have 6 ____ networks providing these devices to their clients. Source:

So, I ask again, please add this as a permanent whitelist option to CSF.

We have no intention of adding lists of IP addresses by default to csf. If you want to whitelist a set of addresses, you're free to add whatever you want. If you find IP addresses are being blocked, then you need to establish why and resolve that issue (e.g. if they're connecting to a closed port).
