Getting an error:
No response from subprocess (/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/configserver/csf.cgi): The subprocess reported error number 13 when it ended.
Cpanel told me to ask CSF
All other servers are OK. Tried force update didn't help. Server seems to be working fine otherwise.

So I had someone I trust look at it, he fixed it:
"Issue was permissions on the csf.cgi file - needs to be executable by root!!!
Reset both servers files to 700 - was 644"
My question now is why was it like that and am I the victim of some sort of exploit?

Happened again-
No response from subprocess (/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/configserver/csf.cgi): The subprocess ended prematurely because it received the “SEGV” (11) signal.
Clues please
