500 Error:

Hi, I've been using CSF for around 6 months with no issues, but in the last 48 hours, presumably an update, I now get the following response when trying to access the menu page (.../cgi/addon_csf.cgi) in WHM:

Internal Server Error: 500
No response from subprocess (/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_csf.cgi) with exit signal: 9
cpsrvd/11.34.2.8 Server at ds197305-1.lcnservers.com

The version was reporting as 9.0 before I ran a force update via command line, it's now running 9.2 with the same issue. Can you help?

WHM Version is: CENTOS 5.11 x86_64 standard – ds197305-1 WHM 11.34.2 (build 8)

I would imagine that you need to upgrade cPanel is ancient and no longer supported by cPanel themselves or our scripts running on it. v11.34 was EOL nearly 3 years ago.
