MIXED_ES problem

Post by H55 »

Hello,

lot of legitimate emails were banned by mailscannerFE because of high scoring MIXED_ES rule.
I'm trying to google it but cannot find any answer, also I really can not understand what is MIXED_ES rule means.

Here I pasted one example (this mail was full clean, no attachments.

Also, you should consider to check your boundaries for Spam and High Spam in MailScanner Front End Settings.

If you are blocking emails with an Score upper than 4 (your image shows 4.1) you will be blocking a lot of good emails.

High Spam is 6, but that mixed_es add at least 3.5
I would like to totally disable this, because in our language we are using many many é characters.
Is it possibble to disable mixed_es ?
